This position involves feeding raw cardboard into the machines that fold, stack, and package the boxes, with opportunities for cross-training in various roles. **Responsibilities** + Assist in operating Flexo machines for box production. + Load and unload raw cardboard materials into the machine. + Perform consistent lifting of 20-40 lbs. + Read a tape measure for material preparation. + Conduct inspections and make necessary machine adjustments. + Set up machines and operate forklifts as needed. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience. + Capability to lift 20-40 lbs consistently. + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day. + Proficiency in using a tape measure. + Experience with machine operations and setups. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with machine inspections and adjustments. + Forklift operation experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a thriving company recently acquired by a major player in the industry. Available shifts include the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Thursday, and the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday. Expect occasional overtime with 9-hour shifts and double time opportunities.
