🔹 First Shift

🕖 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

🔹 Second Shift

🕒 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday–Friday)

🔹 Third Shift

🌙 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for:

Setting up and operating die-cutting presses with precisionPerforming make-ready tasks, adjustments, and efficient job runsReviewing job orders for cutting specs and special instructionsInspecting and maintaining cutting dies, making minor repairs as neededEnsuring consistent quality and smooth shift-to-shift communicationTracking inventory and waste using computer systemsPerforming routine cleaning and maintenance, including working in confined spaces and climbing laddersHandling physical tasks such as bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and clearing jamsWhat We’re Looking For

Required Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independentlyComfortable interpreting technical instructions (written and verbal)Ability to distinguish color variations accuratelyWillingness to work flexible hours and overtimePhysically capable of frequent lifting, bending, and movement

Preferred Experience:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.88 - $26.06/hr.
