Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

Set up and monitor all looms to ensure the consistency and quality of fabrics produced, optimizing their performance. Maintain and repair looms as needed, adhering to the approved maintenance standards.

ResponsibilitiesSet up and monitor all looms to ensure optimal performance.Maintain and repair looms according to approved maintenance standards.Train and develop technical skills within the production environment to achieve production targets.Collaborate with Facilities Manager to meet production plan targets.Work with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to ensure effective performance of the quality system.Communicate maintenance schedules and breakdowns effectively with production technicians.Advise on trends in loom breakdowns.Essential SkillsExperience in machine operating and inspection.Proficiency in machine setup.Experience with computer-controlled equipment, including CNC machines.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a production environment is preferred.Experience with machines or stitching is a plus.Associate Degree preferred.Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required.Why Work Here?
