**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated machine operators to join our team on either the 1st or 2nd shift. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for operating honing or lapping machines. Our machines are older, requiring you to be comfortable working around them, and your daily routine will involve repetitive tasks that require high attention to detail. **Responsibilities** + Stand in one spot while placing small metal parts into a machine. + Perform repetitive tasks with high attention to detail. + Check parts using no-go gauges and calculate basic math. + Document basic numbers and data accurately. **Essential Skills** + Comfortable working around older grinding machines. + No allergies to the oil used in the machines. + Ability to perform repetitive work while standing in one spot. + Comfortable working with smaller parts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine Operating experience. + Manufacturing experience. + CNC or Grinding experience. + Understanding of numbers and measurements. + Experience working with gauges is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned job shop that values promoting from within and offers opportunities for growth.
