Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with some Fridays required. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in processing jobs efficiently and accurately, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

ResponsibilitiesSet up materials on machines using hoists at each station.Inspect finished goods and report any defects.Perform changeovers when new materials need to be processed and cut to size.Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions.Operate one of the four lines, each with 3-4 team members assisting.Essential SkillsAt least 5 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing facility.Proficiency in forklift operation.Ability to use hand tools, complete changeovers, and perform quality inspections.Mechanically inclined with experience in slitting and printing operations.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous experience with ERP systems and data entry.Forklift certification will be provided regardless of prior experience.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
