**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** Set up and monitor all looms to ensure the consistency and quality of fabrics produced, optimizing their performance. Maintain and repair looms as needed, adhering to the approved maintenance standards. **Responsibilities** + Set up and monitor all looms to ensure optimal performance. + Maintain and repair looms according to approved maintenance standards. + Train and develop technical skills within the production environment to achieve production targets. + Collaborate with Facilities Manager to meet production plan targets. + Work with Health & Safety and Quality personnel to ensure effective performance of the quality system. + Communicate maintenance schedules and breakdowns effectively with production technicians. + Advise on trends in loom breakdowns. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating and inspection. + Proficiency in machine setup. + Experience with computer-controlled equipment, including CNC machines. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience working in a production environment is preferred. + Experience with machines or stitching is a plus. + Associate Degree preferred. + Good mechanical and troubleshooting skills are required. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with a direct hire position offering above-average starting pay.
