**Machine Operator** **Paying $18 to $20 / HR** **Location: Gresham, OR** **Responsibilities:** + Operate and maintain coating/converting lines (13” dual/single web machines). + Set up and run Flexographic, Gravure, silicone, hotmelt, and die-cutting stations. + Perform quality inspections using automated systems. + Load/unload paper rolls and maintain production logs. + Follow safety and quality standards to minimize waste. **Qualifications:** + 2+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. + Strong mechanical aptitude and basic maintenance skills. + Intermediate computer skills and ability to follow SOPs. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work 12-hour shifts. + High school diploma or equivalent required. **Environment / Shift:** + Industrial/Manufacturing Setting + You'll be working on a production floor with coating and converting machinery. + The environment likely includes moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, and physical activity (lifting, standing, walking). + Shift: 5am - 3:30pm, Monday - Thursday during contract.
