**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator for the 2nd or 3rd shift team, responsible for processing jobs with precision and timeliness. The role involves setting up materials on laminator machines, inspecting finished goods, and reporting defects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate machines and ensure accurate processing of materials.
+ Assist in setting up materials using hoists provided at each station.
+ Inspect finished goods and report any defects or quality issues.
+ Perform changeovers when new materials need to be processed and cut to size.
+ Collaborate effectively with team members and follow instructions diligently.
+ Input data into the ERP system using computers at the workstation.
**Essential Skills**
+ 2+ years of experience in machine operation within a manufacturing facility.
+ Proficiency in forklift operations.
+ Ability to work in a team setting and follow instructions.
+ Mechanically inclined with skills in using hand tools, tape measure, slitter, printing, and quality inspection.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED.
+ Forklift certification provided regardless of prior experience.
+ Hoist training provided.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
