We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating high-speed machinery, optimizing production efficiency, and ensuring consistent product quality. Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate high-speed manufacturing equipment with accuracy and efficiencyMonitor machinery during operation and coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues promptlyMaintain a sense of urgency while upholding safety protocols in a fast-paced environmentFollow proper lockout/tagout procedures to ensure safe equipment handlingComplete production paperwork accurately and follow established reporting processesPerform quality inspections on raw materials and finished productsPackage and label products according to specificationsQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience operating manufacturing machineryAbility to read measuring tapes and rulers accurately, with solid basic math skillsExperience working in a high-speed packaging or production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work efficiently without compromising accuracy or safetyIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a team that values precision, speed, and safety, we encourage you to apply.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
