Job Description
Join our team as a Machine Operator on the 2nd shift, working from 3 PM to 1 AM, Monday through Thursday, with some Fridays required. You will be responsible for processing jobs with precision and efficiency, contributing to the production of high-quality fabrics for various industries. This role involves setting up materials on laminator machines, inspecting finished goods, and performing changeovers. No prior experience with hoists is needed as training will be provided.
ResponsibilitiesProcess jobs in a timely manner with excellent accuracy.Set up materials on laminator machines using hoists.Inspect finished goods and report defective materials.Perform changeovers for new material processing and cutting.Work collaboratively in a team setting to operate machinery.Input data into the ERP system at your computer station.Essential Skills2+ years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing facility.Forklift operating skills.Ability to work effectively in a team setting.Competence in using hand tools, tape measures, and performing quality inspections.Mechanical inclination.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.Previous forklift experience is highly valuable.Forklift certification provided regardless of previous experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, well-lit, and organized, with a warehouse section featuring 4-5 level racking systems. While the building is not temperature controlled, measures are in place to ensure comfort during colder months. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
