**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team, with a pay range of $21-$23 per hour. The role includes working Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with optional overtime based on demand. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, and manufactures top-quality LED lighting solutions. **Responsibilities** + Set up and maintain lathe and PBT machines. + Review drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples for accurate production. + Take precise measurements for cutting or shaping materials. + Select appropriate machines and settings for tasks. + Plan the proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment. + Maintain inventory of completed products. + Check output for quality assurance, document, or discard defects. + Operate a small powder coating booth. + Maintain a safe and clean workstation. + Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of machine operating experience. + 2+ years of experience in reading drawings and blueprints. + 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience. + Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently. + High School diploma or GED equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with powder coating is a plus. + Technical school, vocational, or apprenticeship experience is beneficial. + Bilingual Spanish speaker with past machine operating experience is an advantage. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that rewards its employees and prides itself on sourcing and building products 100% in the USA.
