Job Description
This position involves assisting in various areas on the production floor and working in teams of 2-3. The role requires operating a machine with large rolls webbed throughout it, ensuring smooth operation and quality control.
ResponsibilitiesOperate a machine with large rolls, ensuring smooth operation.Supervise the machine, watching for any issues with the rolls.Check rolls during operation to prevent wrinkling.Spend approximately 45 minutes each hour monitoring the machine.Use the remaining 15 minutes to load and unload rolls from the machine.Lift up to 75lbs at least twice a shift.Alternate between periods of standing and high-paced activity.Maintain focus and concentration even during less active periods.Essential Skills1+ year of machine operator experience.1+ year of manufacturing experience.Mechanical inclination.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with web press, flexo print, or carpeting rolls.Familiarity with any machine that involves loading and monitoring roll movement.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
