🔧What You’ll Do

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be responsible for operating digitally controlled machinery to process wire with accuracy and efficiency. Your day-to-day will include:

Operating digital and auxiliary equipment to ensure top-quality outputLoading raw materials, feeding wire through machines, and removing finished productsAdjusting machine settings and performing quality welds using butt weldersConducting routine preventative maintenance on production and support equipmentUsing precision tools (tape measures, micrometers, calipers) to maintain quality standardsRecording production and quality data accuratelyFollowing all safety protocols and wearing required PPE🕒Available Shifts1st Shift:6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Mon–Fri)2nd Shift:2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Mon–Fri)3rd Shift:10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Sun–Thurs)✅What We’re Looking ForProven experience operating industrial machineryStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read and interpret measurements in metric unitsA safety-first mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team💼Why Join Us?Competitive starting pay:$20–$24/hrStable, full-time employment with consistent hoursOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environment and clean, organized workspace

The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $55000.00/yr.
