**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to work in a dynamic environment with a 2-2-3 schedule, offering both day (7am-7pm) and night (7pm-7am) shifts. This role requires you to set up and maintain equipment with a strong attention to detail, ensuring consistent machine operations through preventative maintenance and troubleshooting. You will inspect production samples to maintain quality standards and keep your work area clean and organized. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate machinery efficiently. + Conduct visual inspections to ensure quality production. + Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime. + Perform preventative maintenance as needed. + Inspect random production samples to maintain production quality. + Maintain a clean and organized work area. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and mechanically inclined. + Experience in machine operation and troubleshooting. + Ability to operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Preferred experience with forklifts. + Knowledgeable of customer specifications and expectations. + Ability to work through obstacles and seek new solutions. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company known for its excellent reputation and welcoming environment.
