**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our fast-paced stone fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates interested in CNC work—no prior CNC experience required. **Responsibilities** + Accurately measure and cut granite to job specifications using a tape measure and shop diagrams. + Operate and feed polishing and beveling machines. + Cut granite to length after processing, ensuring precision and adherence to design. + Manage the proper flow of tops to stay on production schedule. + Select and utilize appropriate tooling for CNC-based machinery. + Participate in preventative maintenance for CNC equipment. + Maximize production efficiency while minimizing remakes. + Assist in process development related to CNC routers. + Adjust and dress CNC tooling as needed. **Essential Skills** + Strong ability to read and interpret shop diagrams and tape measurements. + Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment. + Basic math skills and ability to measure in standard or metric units. + Demonstrated problem-solving skills and openness to process improvement. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Interest in or exposure to CNC machinery and fabrication processes. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team where you can grow your skills and contribute to innovative projects. The position operates on a swing shift from Monday to Thursday, with working hours from the person to 12:30am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, Oregon. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.55 - $19.55/hr.
