Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role requires the ability to perform basic math, understand complex instructions, and operate precision equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring machines produce high-quality products by conducting periodic checks and resolving any issues that arise.

ResponsibilitiesWork night or day shifts as assigned.Perform basic math and understand complex instructions.Operate and work with precision equipment.Identify and resolve problems, defining issues and root causes.Ensure machines produce quality products through periodic checks.Lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long hours.Follow instructions with precision.Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.Essential SkillsExperience in production and machine operation.General labor skills.Attention to detail.Additional Skills & QualificationsWillingness to learn new skills.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Johnson City, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.19 - $18.19/hr.
