Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating machines, labeling products, performing quality checks, and loading machines with product. This role requires standing for 12 hours a day in a fast-paced environment.
ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery efficiently and safely.Label products accurately and maintain quality standards.Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards.Load machines with products as needed.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing and production.Proficiency as a machine operator.Ability to stand for extended periods (12-hour shifts).Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in printing or press operation preferred.Preferred experience in manufacturing or production settings.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in Kingston Springs, TN, with 12-hour shifts from 7AM to 7PM or 7PM to 7AM on a swing schedule, including every other weekend. The facility is non-climate controlled but maintains a comfortable temperature in winter. You will work in a busy environment with lots of products and boxes around.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
