We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves assisting Furnace Operators with customer heat treating orders and performing general labor tasks within a manufacturing environment. The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs., basic computer skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining an organized and clean workspace. Prior experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment would be required to be considered for this role. Please review the information below and if interested please apply by submitting your resume with the best contact information for us to reach out and speak further about the position and next steps in the hiring process. **Responsibilities** + Prepare workloads for furnace runs. + Receive and inspect parts. + Load parts into fixtures or baskets for furnace runs. + Use manual pallet jacks to move racking systems and baskets throughout the facility. + Organize parts on racking systems by serial or part numbers. + Package finished parts and prepare for the shipping department. + Move materials between manufacturing facilities manually or with pallet jacks. + Clean finished parts when necessary. + Ensure work areas are clean and organized at all times and perform basic maintenance when needed. **Essential Skills** + General laborer experience. + Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. + Basic computer or tablet knowledge. + Strong organizational skills. + Mechanically inclined. + Strong attendance track record. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
