Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description

A machine operator in a production area will manage materials, communicate with supervisors, perform preventative maintenance, and strive for continuous improvement on the assigned work center. Machine operating experience is required as well as mechanical knowledge.

ResponsibilitiesManage materials in the production area.Perform preventative maintenance on machinery.Ensure good housekeeping of all work centers to maintain quality and production efficiency.Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Collaborate with engineers to improve processes.Learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and work under pressure with precision.Essential SkillsMachine operating experience.Mechanical abilities.Ability to read and perform basic math.Must not be color blind.Valid driver's license.Reliable transportation.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious manufacturing experience.Experience using hand tools and tape measures.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Berlin, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
