Job Description
We are currently seeking dedicated Machine Operators, internally known as Web Handlers, to join our team. Our facility operates in two distinct sectors: ARx (medical/pharmaceutical) and AR (basic adhesive manufacturing). Each sector requires different qualifications and responsibilities. This role involves training on various policies and protocols, performing packaging operations, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing guidelines.
ResponsibilitiesTrain on policies, protocols, and procedures to support the execution of assigned duties.Perform a wide variety of packaging operations, including primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization.Conduct in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed.Execute responsibilities according to documented procedures, protocols, planned deviations, and training lessons.Understand and comply with Pharmaceutical Manufacturing GMPs consistent with 21-CFR-211 guidelines.Accurately complete process-related paperwork and operational documentation.Seek technical or supervisory assistance for clarification in cases of uncertainties or unexpected occurrences.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
While the environment is not overly fast-paced, it is active, with team members engaged in their tasks. Communication and teamwork are essential, and candidates should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively. Be prepared for a variety of smells due to adhesive manufacturing, which are not unpleasant but can be strong in certain areas. Shifts are available across different times to suit various schedules.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.10/hr.
