**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** The Operator I is a versatile role responsible for executing scheduled production orders with the opportunity to work across blending, compression, and packaging departments. The individual will handle the blending of powders, compressing tablets, and operating packaging machinery. This role requires adherence to safety procedures, proper use of personal protective equipment, and compliance with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) regulations to ensure products meet quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Execute scheduled production orders across blending, compression, and packaging departments. + Handle the blending of powders and compressing tablets. + Operate packaging machinery efficiently. + Adhere to safety procedures and properly use personal protective equipment. + Comply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP regulations. **Essential Skills** + Machine operation experience of at least 2 years. + Troubleshooting skills with a minimum of 2 years experience. **Why Work Here?** This is a brand new, climate-controlled facility currently employing 50 people, with growth plans to expand to 150 by the end of next year. This offers an excellent opportunity to join at the ground level and be part of a growing team. **Work Environment** The position operates on the 2nd shift from 2pm-10:30pm, with a 30-minute paid lunch and starting at $21/hr. It is a powder facility, resulting in a dusty environment, and manufactures cleaning products, leading to a strong cleaning smell. The majority of the production line staff speaks Spanish, so candidates should be aware of a potential language barrier. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
