**TAR Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** The role involves working on the production floor operating Plastic Injection Machines and deburring parts. You will be responsible for assembling plastic parts used in the aerospace industry, working off work orders, and documenting all findings meticulously. **Responsibilities** + Operate Plastic Injection Machines on the production floor. + Deburr and assemble plastic parts for aerospace applications. + Work off work orders and document findings accurately. **Essential Skills** + 1+ years of machine operation experience, preferably with plastic injection molding. + Proficiency in using hand tools and assembling components. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in plastic injection molding is preferred. + Must be a ITAR certified **Why Work Here?** Join a medium-sized family-owned company that is poised for growth in the next five years. The dress code is casual, and the role operates on the 1st shift from 5am to 3:30pm, Monday through Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
