We are seeking a skilled and dependable Machine Operator with a strong experience in industrial manufacturing and steel fabrication. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy machinery such as press brakes, punch presses, lathes, and mills. This role requires mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:Machine Operation: Operate fabrication equipment including press brakes, roll forming machines, punch presses, lathes, and mills.Setup & Adjustment: Set up machines per production specifications and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality output.Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, and other tools to ensure they meet blueprint specifications.Blueprint Reading: Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate parts.Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance such as die sharpening, shimming, and basic troubleshooting.Material Handling: Load and position large steel parts using cranes and other lifting equipment.Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records.Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr.
