**Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals for various positions as 3rd shift cleanroom technicians to assist with the assembly of medical device products. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly and sub-assembly of products, as well as the sterilization of raw materials and finished products using alcohol. **Responsibilities** + Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency. + Perform subassembly of catheters with precision and care. + Document the stages of the process, confirming completion of each stage. + Maintain accurate logs for their line or shift, ensuring traceability and compliance. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in machine operation and mechanical assembly. + Experience in medical assembly and production processes. + Familiarity with cleanroom and GMP standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing. + Good hand-eye coordination for precise sub-assembly tasks. + Experience on a production line. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values work-life balance and offers a supportive work environment. Company Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off. 6 months contract-to-hire will have access to Blue Cross Blue Shield until then through Aerotek. **Work Environment and Shift** The role is set in a GMP environment, with a braiding machine room that is noisy, requiring the use of earplugs provided by the company. The area is climate-controlled for comfort. Protective equipment is supplied except for steel-toe footwear. Working hours include a 3rd shift from 11pm-7am with a 12% differential and a 1st shift from 7am-3:30pm. Orientation takes place on the first day at 8am, followed by training and shadowing for up to three months, initially on the 1st or 2nd shift. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $23.52/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
