Operating and Programming Automated Equipment** **•** Operating and programming SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and Through-hole automated machines.• Load programs, change feeders, and respond to machine errors. **2. Technical Understanding and Interpretation** **•** Read and interpret Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs), bills of material, customer drawings, and equipment manuals. **3. Equipment-Specific Knowledge** **•** Familiarity with specific tasks such as:• Loading Dek programs and selecting correct squeegees.• Performing squeegee height correction.• Loading oven profiles and interpreting oven light tower signals.• Operating board loaders and scanning systems. **4. Maintenance and Cleanliness** **•** Performing daily cleaning and basic maintenance of machines to ensure smooth operation.
