**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will perform machine set-up and changeover to produce the required products or components, ensuring mechanical adjustments meet product specifications. You will handle first-time equipment setup for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/software adjustments. Your role includes operating equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals, making minor adjustments as needed. You will perform manual production operations, such as applying labels, placing components, and loading/unloading equipment, while visually inspecting machine output to verify proper assembly and workmanship standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities in accordance with machine operation manuals or maintenance work instructions, maintaining neat and orderly work areas, and complying with all safety rules.
