**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will perform machine set-up and changeover to produce the required products or components, ensuring mechanical adjustments meet product specifications. You will handle first-time equipment setup for new products through programming, profiling, and mechanical/software adjustments. Your role includes operating equipment to achieve production requirements and quality goals, making minor adjustments as needed. You will perform manual production operations, such as applying labels, placing components, and loading/unloading equipment, while visually inspecting machine output to verify proper assembly and workmanship standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities in accordance with machine operation manuals or maintenance work instructions, maintaining neat and orderly work areas, and complying with all safety rules.
Shift: 6am-2:30pm
Pay: $19/hour
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform machine set-up and changeover to produce required products or components.
+ Conduct first-time equipment setup for new products through programming and profiling.
+ Operate equipment to meet production requirements and achieve quality goals.
+ Perform manual production operations, including labeling and loading/unloading equipment.
+ Visually inspect machine output to ensure assembly and workmanship standards.
+ Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities as per machine operation manuals.
+ Maintain neat and orderly work areas, complying with all safety rules.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-2+ years of experience in machine setup and operation, or no experience with specialized training/certification.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints or drawings.
+ Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
+ High school diploma or GED required.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with hand/power tools.
+ Blueprint reading skills.

**Work Environment**

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
