**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** A manufacturer in the Eastern Indianapolis region is seeking dedicated machine operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The role involves operating industrial machines and ensuring product quality through the use of hand and power tools. **Responsibilities** + Operate various industrial machines, handling up to four simultaneously. + Utilize basic hand and power tools to change tooling as required. + Employ quality instruments to ensure parts meet specified quality standards. + Perform repetitive manual lifting and push materials throughout the department. + Ensure proper documentation of materials, batch numbers, etc., following guidelines. + Maintain stamina to withstand heat and remain on feet for 8 to 12 hours. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operating, at least 1 year. + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot. + Understanding of blueprints and mechanical assembly. + Familiarity with calipers and press operating. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Laser operation and CNC skills are advantageous. + Capability to withstand heat is required. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic manufacturing environment offering extensive training through an on-site Global Training Center.
