**Job Description**
Join our dynamic production team where you will be operating machinery to manufacture high-quality products. You will work on a production floor with a team of experienced professionals, utilizing large kettles and milling machines to process the product. Your role will involve monitoring equipment, managing the flow of products, and ensuring efficient operation of the machinery. You will also prepare and repack containers, operate a forklift, and perform various tasks to maintain the production area.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate and monitor milling machines to ensure smooth production
+ Scrape paint from mills into drums and prevent product jams.
+ Prepare drums and repack containers based on customer requests.
+ Lift and move containers weighing 30-50 lbs using a sit-down forklift.
+ Perform miscellaneous tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing during slow periods.
+ Use personal protective equipment as required.
+ Follow instructions for processing and canning requirements.
+ Ensure adherence to quality and testing procedures.
+ Maintain cleanliness of work area.
+ Notify supervisor before leaving the machine unattended.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
