Machine Operator
**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated individuals to operate machines for the production of inhalers. The Packaging Operator will handle all aspects of packaging Metered Dose Inhalers (MDI) products, ensuring adherence to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), customer requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The role demands a commitment to safety and efficiency, ensuring product compliance with established standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate pharmaceutical packaging equipment with minimal rejection and maximum output while maintaining quality standards. + Clean machines and the surrounding area as required for batch and product changes. + Perform operations and preventative maintenance on machines. + Identify and assist in corrective actions for packaging-related issues. + Correct status labeling at all stages of the packing line, with signature. + Ensure appropriate equipment calibrations and maintain accurate records. + Ensure line clearance before starting packaging activities in each area. + Adhere to all cGMPs, compliance/regulatory mandates, and quality requirements. + Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as stated in the SOP. + Work both individually and collaboratively within a team. + Execute procedures safely and efficiently. + Complete documentation accurately and on time. + Comply with company policies and procedures. + Perform duties safely using equipment according to Health & Safety procedures and Equipment Manuals. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience with cGMP is required. + Background in medical device or pharmaceutical industry. + Experience in machine operation and packaging. + Understanding of mechanical machinery and control systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a Cleanroom Assembler or Operator. + Experience as a Medical Device Assembler or Operator. + Ability to perform heavy lifting and bending frequently. + Ability to exert force using a hand truck for lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects. + Ability to wear and operate various respiratory devices. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing team in a brand-new facility with opportunities to learn and grow as we launch a new product line. Employees must adhere to safety protocols, including the use of specific PPE. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, with a differential pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
