**Description** **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Machine Operators** for projects located in **Canyon, TX** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $26/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Machine Operator eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career! **Job Scope:** + Use electronic tracking systems such as sub-site to locate track and guide the drill head during bore operations + Maintain constant communication with the drill operator to provide real time feedback and guidance during drilling + Identify locate and pothole existing utilities using locating equipment to prevent conflicts and ensure safe drilling + Read and interpret bore plans blueprints and utility maps to determine the correct bore path + Assist with pre-construction site checks including potholing to expose existing utilities as needed + Maintain accurate and up to date bore logs tracking data and as built records for project files + Using the boring machine to create holes of various sizes and shapes including drilling, boring, reaming, and milling operations + Follow all company industry and OSHA safety standards and ensure safe practices at the job site + Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on locating equipment to ensure accuracy and functionality **Requirements** + Must know how to use an excavator and trencher **Company Details** Tradesmen International not only offers consistent work, top pay, and employment opportunities, we also provide a benefits package that is among the best in the industry.
