Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate with one of the largest manufacturers of bread slicing equipment in the world. As a first shift Operator, you will be taught and trained to operate very unique machinery. You will also have the opportunity to work on a great schedule, which is a four-day work week, Monday - Thursday.

ResponsibilitiesOperate and manage machinery in the e-machine department.Perform general labor tasks with a focus on mechanical assembly.Understand and interpret conformance specifications accurately.Maintain knowledge of wire bending set-ups and specifications.Perform chain assembly, requiring lifting and moving of materials.Work with plant supervision to prioritize chain assembly for delivery schedules.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.Strong communication skills.Physical capability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks.Good manual dexterity for chain assembly.Capability to lift and move objects up to 75 pounds.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a large, well-lit warehouse that can be very wet in some areas and hot at times. Employees are allowed to wear shorts and t-shirts. Fans are consistently running to maintain a cool atmosphere. The warehouse is divided into multiple departments, and employees are expected to maintain cleanliness at their stations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
