Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will assist in the operation of a Blow Molding machine responsible for creating plastic milk jugs. Your role involves ensuring the smooth functioning of the production line, assisting with the removal of jams, and moving products from the production line to the warehouse. Additionally, you may help operate the bagging machine, monitor for issues, and use a pallet jack to load trucks, with occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.

ResponsibilitiesAssist operators in running the Blow Molding machine.Remove jams and ensure the machine line operates correctly.Move products from the production line to the warehouse.Operate on a production line manufacturing plastic milk jugs.Assist in running the bagging machine and monitor for jams and other issues.Potentially load trucks using a pallet jack.Essential SkillsExperience in production and machine operation.Ability to work on general production tasks.Familiarity with Blow Molding machines.Additional Skills & Qualifications6 months of experience in a manufacturing setting.Molding experience is advantageous but not required.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in an open production area that is mostly climate-controlled, although it may be hot at times. Be prepared to stand for the entire shift and work in an environment where the scent of molded plastic is present.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.20 - $24.20/hr.
