**Aerotek: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Machine Operators to join our team, working Monday through Thursday from 5:30pm to 5:30am. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality, sustainable outdoor living and home exterior products. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload parts or products onto pallets. + Prepare parts and products for cutting to appropriate measurements. + Prepare parts and products to be shipped for powder coating. + Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout the facility. + Ensure production deadlines and goals are met. + Report issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor. + Operate and maintain machinery. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, machine operation, and general labor. + Proficiency with tape measures, CNC machines, and troubleshooting. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Understanding of manufacturing and mechanical processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. + Strong attention to detail and quality assurance. + Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values its employees and offers strong opportunities for advancement. Our facilities include two buildings located within five miles of each other, each supporting a different business unit. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Scranton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
