**3rd Shift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to join our team as an operator on the grinding line. This role involves overseeing line operations, using forklifts to move materials, aiding in the building of boxes, and maintaining safety standards throughout the facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead operations on pelletizing or grinding lines.
+ Use forklifts to transport materials within the facility.
+ Oversee and ensure smooth operations of pelletizers and grinders.
+ Assist in building boxes for material storage.
+ Load materials onto conveyor belts.
+ Adhere to and enforce safety protocols across the facility.
**Essential Skills**
+ Machine operation experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (2+ years required).
+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs unassisted.
+ Experience with inventory management, shipping, receiving, palletizing, loading, and unloading.
+ Forklift experience.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Steel toe shoes, bump cap, and ear protection usage required.
+ Leadership mentality with willingness to address issues in group settings.

**Work Environment**
Work in a manufacturing facility with an attached warehouse area, focusing on industrial and unused plastics. The dress code requires jeans or long pants and a T-shirt.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.75/hr.
