Job Title: End of Line Operator
Job Description

The End of Line Operator plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient handling of inventory, proper storage, and shipment transfer of materials to the warehouse. This hands-on position requires adherence to legal and safety procedures and involves working closely with the Line Manager.

ResponsibilitiesOversee all activities and operations at the end of the production line.Follow procedures for safety, processes, and equipment handling, specifically for cutters and grinders.Fill out paperwork and conduct end-of-line SPC Tests every 30 minutes.Perform LT% checks every 15 minutes and make corrections when necessary.Identify basic sheet faults and notify appropriate personnel of any issues.Alert the shift leader or operations manager about any quality and process concerns.Execute Appendix changes, including tape, PE, barcodes, AS/AF, etc.Replace tape and barcodes when depleted.Conduct length and width changes as required.Perform pallet changes and update inkjet messages.Enter orders into SAP.Complete additional duties and activities as directed.Essential SkillsExperience as a machine operator, particularly in manufacturing and production environments.Proficiency in handling plastic manufacturing processes.Ability to adhere to safe manufacturing and material handling practices.6 months of experience in manufacturing or production.Additional Skills & QualificationsCompletion of PPF-01, 04, 09, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 categories with 75% completion before advancing to Operator-in-Training status.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Smithsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.50/hr.
