**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker on the production floor. You will assist in producing high-quality wire and sheet metal products, performing tasks such as deburring, bending, forming, and welding. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the production of quality wire and sheet metal products. + Perform deburring, bending, forming, and welding operations. + Engage in general labor tasks including machine operation and visual inspection. + Participate in assembly and packing processes. + Ensure products meet manufacturing standards through visual inspection. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, and general production tasks. + Ability to work extended hours as needed. + Capability to lift up to 25 lbs. + Proficiency in machine operation and visual inspection. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma. + Experience in the manufacturing industry, including powder coating. **Why Work Here?** Experience the benefits of working with a family-owned company where employees are valued beyond numbers. This entry-level position operates on the first shift, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mystic, Connecticut. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
