**Job Title: Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
As a Machine Operator, you will mold, assemble, and package products by applying your knowledge of material characteristics and utilizing precision instruments, hand tools, power tools, and equipment. You must be able to read work orders and related documentation to determine methods and sequence of operations to meet customer specifications. This role involves rotating with a group of five people, spending 2 hours and 30 minutes on each job, including loading parts into a machine, operating robotic welding, and basic assembly tasks.
**Responsibilities**
+ Mold, assemble, and package products using precision instruments and tools.
+ Read and interpret work orders and related documentation.
+ Rotate with a team to perform tasks such as loading parts into machines, operating robotic welding, and basic assembly.
+ Ensure products meet customer specifications through precise operations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 1 year of machine operating experience.
+ Ability to read and interpret documentation accurately.
+ Experience in assembly and packaging processes.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Consistent work history, with positions held longer than 8 months.
+ Physical ability to stand, use hands, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds.
+ Depth perception, peripheral vision, and color vision are required.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $31.73 - $35.07/hr.
