Job Title: Machine Operator

Job Description

The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and setting up adhesive coating machines, which are custom-built to ensure fasteners are properly coated. Responsibilities include retrieving adhesive batches, inspecting fasteners for mid-run errors, packaging parts, and reporting results. After each run, the operator will bring 3-4 parts to quality for inspection and testing.

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $18.50/hour

ResponsibilitiesMaintain and set up adhesive coating machines.Retrieve adhesive batches and pour into machine funnels.Inspect fasteners throughout each job run.Package parts and report results.Deliver parts to quality for inspection and testing after each run.Essential Skills1 year of manufacturing/production experience.Ability to read English for prints and instructions.Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently.Ability to stand for 10 hours per day.Additional Skills & Qualifications1 year of machine setup experience.Experience with fasteners and sealing industry.Experience with calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.45/hr.
