**Job Title: Machine Operator** **2nd Shift: Mon. - Fri. (2pm to 10:30pm)** **3rd Shift: Sun. - Thr. (10pm to 6:30am)** **Pay Rate: $18-$24 (Most offers between $20 - $22/hr)** **Location: York, PA** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team. You will be responsible for operating digital controlled machinery, managing production processes, and ensuring high-quality output in line with customer specifications. This role is crucial to our expansion efforts, and we are hiring for both 2nd and 3rd shifts. **You will train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks!** **Responsibilities** + Operate digital controlled machinery and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products. + Load raw material, feed wire through machines, and remove finished products. + Perform machinery changeovers and quality welds using appropriate equipment. + Conduct preventative maintenance on production and support equipment. + Maintain accurate production and quality records. + Understand product quality, delivery, and scrap measurements. + Adhere to safety procedures and policies, wearing assigned PPE. + Keep work areas clean and organized for subsequent shifts. + Participate in training, meetings, and committees as required. + Operate forklifts and maintain a valid forklift license. + Troubleshoot problems and adjust equipment for optimal operation. **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude and experience in an industrial facility. + Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate in English. + Experience with machine operation and production processes. + Familiarity with safety protocols such as lockout/tagout. + Ability to perform simple calculations and use measurement tools like tape measures, micrometers, and calipers. + Capability to lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical tasks. **Interested?
