**Aerotek's client is looking for a Machine Operator to join their team in the Baltimore, MD area** Work independently from Wednesday to Saturday during the day to monitor machines and the coal processed through them. The role involves pulling small samples of coal from the machines, placing them into bags, and sending them back to corporate. **Responsibilities** + Monitor machines and identify any red flags. + Call in for repairs when necessary and determine the cause of issues. + Climb ladders and work on the ground as needed. + Possess and demonstrate strong maintenance skills and mechanical repair aptitude. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and general labor. + Ability to load and operate machines. + Competence in computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Experience in inventory management, assembly, and picking. **Why Work Here?** + This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement, as demonstrated by recent promotions.
