🧠Training Included: All new hires begin on the day shift (Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) for hands-on, comprehensive training.

🔧 What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a vital role in our food manufacturing process, helping ensure the quality and safety of every product we make. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring mixing, encapsulating, packaging, and labeling machines.Performing basic adjustments, troubleshooting, and format changes.Cleaning and sanitizing equipment to meet strict food safety standards.Loading and unloading materials and preparing machinery for operation.Conducting visual and tool-based inspections to ensure product quality.Documenting inspection results and performing rework if needed.Maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)and food safety protocols.🛠️ Equipment You’ll Work With:8-Line Labeling Machine: Program changes for different product labels.Turpak Packaging Machines: Stick pack and sachet systems.Mixing and Encapsulation Machines: For formulation and production of food-grade products.🌡️ Work Environment:Modern, climate-controlled facilities in most areas.Some warehouse and transition zones may have temperature variations.⏰ Shifts:Training Shift:Monday to Thursday, 6:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Weeknight Shift:Monday to Thursday, 4:30 p.m. – 3:30 a.m.Weekend Night Shift:Friday to Sunday, 5:00 p.m. – 5:00 a.m.👤 Who We’re Looking For:Experience in food manufacturing or production is strongly preferred.Familiarity with food safety standards and quality control procedures.Ability to follow detailed safety and sanitation protocols.Comfortable working with machinery and performing physical tasks.Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately.🎁 What We Offer:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $13.00 - $14.00/hr.
