**Machine Operator** **Position: Machine Operator** **Location: Leesburg, FL** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Shifts Available: Weekday Nights (Mon–Thurs) or Weekend Nights (Fri–Sun)** **Training: All new hires start on1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM** **What You’ll Do** As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process by: + Operating and monitoring blending, capsule, packaging, and labeling machines. + Performing basic troubleshooting and changeovers. + Cleaning and sanitizing equipment before and after use. + Loading/unloading materials and setting up machinery. + Conducting visual and tool-based inspections to ensure product quality. + Documenting inspection results and performing rework if needed. + Maintaining equipment and ensuring food safety standards are met. **Equipment You’ll Work With** + 8-Line Labeling Machine– Change programs to run different product labels. + Turpak Packaging Machines– Stick pack and sachet packaging systems. + Blending & Capsule Machines– For product formulation and encapsulation. **Work Environment** + Climate-Controlled Facility: Most areas are temperature-regulated for comfort. + Non-Climate Areas: Some warehouse and transitional spaces may vary in temperature. **Shifts** + Training Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM + Weekday Night Shift: Mon–Thurs, 4:30 PM – 3:30 AM + Weekend Night Shift: Fri–Sun, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM **What We’re Looking For** + Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. + Ability to follow safety and quality procedures. + Comfortable working with machinery and performing physical tasks. + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. **Why Join Us** + Competitive pay and shift differentials + Opportunities for advancement + Supportive team environment + On-the-job training provided **Apply Today** Ready to be part of a growing team?
