**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for running and maintaining an automated screw machine. Your role will involve unloading and loading the machine with raw materials, setting up the machine, and inspecting the finished products before sending them to the next workstation. Routine maintenance, including oil and coolant changes, is also required. **Responsibilities** + Run and maintain automated screw machines. + Unload and load machines with raw materials. + Set up machines and inspect finished products. + Perform routine maintenance, including oil and coolant changes. + Sweep, clean, mop, pack, unpack, and move raw materials. + Remove finished products from bins and monitor machines during breaks. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and machine operating. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Proficiency with tape measures and troubleshooting skills. + Mechanically inclined with experience using hand tools. + General production knowledge and mechanical skills. + Press brake operation experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Ability to complete a math and mechanical aptitude test. **Why Work Here?** Join a large manufacturing company that takes pride in its associates and prioritizes safety above all else.
