**Job Description** Join a team dedicated to crafting high-quality paper products for a wide range of industries. You will be part of a skilled team that operates sophisticated machinery in the production of items such as beer bottle labels and food packaging. The process involves coating and slitting, where paper is metalized, coated, and cut to precise dimensions. **Responsibilities** + Operate and assist in the operation of coating or slitting machinery as part of a 3-person team. + Shadow and assist machine operators throughout the contract period. + Utilize computerized controls for machine operations, requiring computer literacy. + Troubleshoot and make small mechanical adjustments as materials are processed. + Handle heavy material rolls, with training provided for forklift operation if necessary. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of recent machine operating experience, ideally 2 years. + Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and adjustments. + Proficiency with computers and computerized systems. + Experience with coating and slitting machinery, as well as overhead cranes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Capability in machine troubleshooting. + Forklift experience is preferred but not required. + Previous experience in a coating/slitting environment is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks of paid time off, and health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
