**_Machine Operator- Weekly Pay $$- Start ASAP_** **_Pay: $20-$25/hour_** **_Hours: Monday-Friday, 6 am- 3:30 pm_** _Our company is looking for a skilled and motivated machine operator/press brake operator. This position involves the daily setup and operation of hydraulic CNC-controlled press brakes to produce parts and tools from metal, plastic, or other materials. You will operate the press brake machine, running bend and forming operations using standard and custom punches._ **_Responsibilities:_** + _Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions and blueprints._ + _Check height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauges, and other precision-measuring instruments._ + _Produce parts for assembly operations and meet customer specifications and delivery requirements._ + _Program the CNC to produce new parts meeting specifications._ + _Perform spot inspections of parts._ + _Carry out all required routine and minor maintenance activities according to procedures._ + _Complete and maintain paperwork._ + _Identify assembly parts and set up light gauge metal._ + _Configure bend allowances for sheet metal, including stainless, aluminum, and regular steel._ + _Ensure the machine is calibrated and cleaned._ **_Skills:_** + _1 year of production experience operating a machine such as a brake press, CNC, or plasma cutter._ + _Ability to check height, depth, and thickness using micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, and other precision-measuring instruments._ + _Leadership qualities and the ability to work independently._ + _Experience with laser operation, press brake, brake press machines, and laser cutter._ + _Proficiency in blueprint reading and fabrication._ **_APPLY-APPLY-APPLY_** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $40000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
