ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate rotational molding machines according to standard operating procedures, including filling molds with melted plastic and removing molds once hardened.Monitor machine performance to ensure smooth operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.Inspect products by measuring and conducting visual checks to ensure they meet specifications, trimming excess plastic, and ensuring seam alignment.Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.Essential SkillsProficiency with hand tools such as torque drivers and plastic mallets.Familiarity with trim tools and the use of a propane torch for specific tasks.Ability to perform visual inspections and follow both written and verbal work instructions.Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of production processes and machine operation.Experience with rotational molding and mold setup.Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable using hand and power tools.Ability to read blueprints and schematics.Strong inspection skills to ensure product quality.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work the 2nd shift from 3PM-1AM, Monday through Friday, with regular OT available. Safety is a priority, with all necessary PPE provided except for steel toe shoes.
