Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the role of a Machine Operator for Setter Operator. These roles are integral to our production process in the aerospace industry, utilizing specialized equipment to ensure the quality and precision of our rubber parts.

$21/hr

2:30pm to 11pm (OT until 1am)

Responsibilities

Setter Operator: Perform and plan mold changes, set process parameters, conduct light maintenance work, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Work Environment

The facility specializes in rubber parts for the aerospace industry and features numerous injection molding machines and hot presses. It is a lean six sigma, ITAR facility that maintains an organized and efficient environment. While machines can generate heat, AC units ensure a comfortable working temperature.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
