Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Machine Operator 2nd Shift, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Machine Operator 2nd Shift
**Location:** Littleton, NH
**Pay Range: $21**
**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
**What's the Job?**
+ Operate machines and equipment in the powder area to assist with manufacturing processes
+ Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions
+ Record production data accurately, including parts produced and scrap counts
+ Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards and identify defects
+ Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization of work stations
**What's Needed?**
+ Ability to read and interpret tape measures and measuring devices
+ Basic math and reading skills
+ Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
+ Manual dexterity and physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
+ Understanding of MSDS and handling hazardous materials safely
