**Job Title: Machine Operator - 2nd Shift** **Job Description** This role requires a keen eye for detail and a general mechanical aptitude. Previous machine operator experience is essential. **Responsibilities** + Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading engineering drawings and other specifications. + Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines. + Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications. + Closely monitor the machines while they execute tasks, making necessary adjustments to produce a better result. + Inspect and measure the finished products, comparing them with requirements to ensure the process has been completed properly. + Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and general production. + Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform machine safety checks. + Experience with machine setup and changeovers. + Ability to monitor machines and perform quality checks. + Ability to set up for part manufacturing according to specifications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + No CNC experience required, but operating and mechanical experience is a must. + Ability to read and interpret mechanical/engineering documents and drawings. + Good math skills and a keen eye for detail. + Results-driven approach with good communication abilities. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. + Certificate or diploma from a CNC machining school, technical college, or relevant discipline is a plus. + Reliability and perfect attendance are essential. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that emphasizes a positive culture.
