Machine Operator 20/hour; 1st Shift
**Job Title: Machine Operator (2 Openings) 6AM-6PM (Sunday-Tuesday; half day on Wednesday)** **Pay is $20/hour starting out.** **Job Description** The lamination operator will be part of the Service Bureau department, responsible for printing labels for grocery stores, including shelf strips, posters, and price tags. This position requires operating lamination machines and performing set-ups and changeovers for label and lamination machines, with cross-training to run different machines and undertake various production duties. **Responsibilities** + Operate lamination machines effectively. + Perform set-ups and changeovers for label and lamination machines. + Cross-train to run different machines within the department. + Undertake various production duties as required. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of previous mechanically inclined duties. + 6+ months of machine operating experience. + 1+ year of manufacturing or production experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in printing or press operations is beneficial but not required. + Assembly line operation, inspection, production, packaging, and general labor experience. + Flexography, quality control, and quality checks. + Must pass background and drug screening. + English as a second language or Spanish is acceptable for any shift. + Reliability and punctuality are crucial, verified with references. **Why Work Here?** Employees enjoy a 3% contribution to their 401K once permanent, even if they do not contribute themselves.
